EMAS, the service of preparing a one-way exchange mechanism of the salary and personnel accounting system of the Azerbaijan State Advertising Agency with the EMAS portal, Qty- 1, Unit of measurement - units Exchange, Azerbaijan State Advertising Agency's existing permissions portal and management One-way exchange mechanism development service between the accounting system, Qty- 1, Unit of measurement - number 1C for Information, Hardware and 9 subordinate organizations: Analysis of the existing infrastructure of complex automation software. In 1C software prompt solution of technical problems, implementation of regular updating and optimization works. Training of users in the 1C system and constant technical support. 1C software performance improvement, data security and ensuring its reliability, conducting current preventive tuning works. Digitization of financial accounting and accounting, supply and security processes, personnel accounting system in order to improve management and increase efficiency improvement and management, asset management. The service is intended for the Apparatus and 9 subordinate organizations (Baku, Nakhchivan, Sheki, Lankaran, Sumgait, Guba, Ganja, Shirvan, Barda) and covers a period of 12 months.
