Description:
Composition of Split, Repair and service works: mechanical and chemical cleaning of the internal and external units of the Siemens S12D11220Z split-type air conditioning system, washing of heat exchange surfaces, evaporator and condenser lamellae, ventilation system and drainage line cleaning is required. R22 refrigerant gas circuit tightness, pressure balance (Hi 2.6 MPa / Lo 1.0 MPa) and power supply system indicators should be checked with diagnostic devices.
Requirement: The equipment (including internal and external blocks) must be dismantled and washed preventively. a technical inspection should be carried out, freon pressure indicators and compressor performance should be tested. After the work is completed, the air conditioning system must be reassembled in its previous place. If any leakage, corrosion, or mechanical failure is found in the assembly pipes, the pipes are new and suitable should be replaced with size pipes.
If it is necessary to access the blocks located at a height, the provision of a basket type crane is required. After determining the exact cause of the malfunction, restoration and repair work, including freon filling and component replacement, should be carried out on the basis of a separate commercial proposal, Qty- 1, Unit of measurement - units
