Description:
Administrative, brake maintenance; maintenance of the frame of the reducer and the rack; pulley (KASH) block maintenance; speed limiter (SM) maintenance; maintenance of the final circuit breakers of the correction ski; to tension ropes and maintenance of ropes of SM; maintenance of magnetic and indicators of guides, electrical apparatus and electrical disconnectors; to check the regular intervals, if necessary, to adjust the doors according to TI; counterweight maintenance; maintenance of underlays, cabin suspensions, holders and suspension cables; to clean the equipment (rulers, wheels, counter wheels, rasps, switches, etc.) In case of any problem, after the Customer informs the Executive about it, the Executive should consider the application within 1-3 hours and eliminate the situation as soon as possible. Information on all technical service and inspection works carried out in executive elevators was provided by the Customer in "Technical service carried out in elevators must make a full, correct and timely record in the control registration log of their work.
