5.1.1. Analytical stage • Analysis of the current situation (education programs, compatibility of specialties, teaching staff, number of students, infrastructure compatibility, management system, quality of education, accessibility of education, cooperation with foreign partners, employment indicators of graduates for the last 2 academic years etc.); • Researching the socio-economic development indicators and perspectives of the region; • Sectoral analysis of the region's labor market and identification of employers' needs. 1.2. Participation with interested parties • Organization of internal focus groups; (teachers, students, leadership); • Consultations with external parties (employers, industry representatives, local executive power, state institutions, parents, etc.); • Organization of surveys, interviews and expert meetings. 1.3. Preparation of strategic document • Determination of mission, vision and main values; •Minimum Formulation of 5 strategic goals and preparation of sub-goals; • Development of measurable SMART key performance indicators and establishment of a monitoring-evaluation framework; • Preparing a risk management plan. 2.
