- HD, The proposed surveillance device must be a fixed tower type network camera and must use a 1/3" progressive scan CMOS sensor with a minimum image resolution of 4 megapixels (2560 x 1440). The camera must work in low light conditions, with a minimum sensitivity of 0.01 Lux in color mode and 0 Lux in black and white mode. must provide, cover a distance of at least 30 meters for night vision with infrared illumination.
Like Camera H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264 it should support video compression technologies, which should ensure efficient use of bandwidth and memory. Image functions during should have at least 120 dB wide dynamic range (WDR), backlight compensation (BLC), glare compensation (HLC), three-dimensional digital noise reduction (3D DNR), image rotation and privacy masking capabilities.
