Description:
The overall dimensions of the printer are 800*450*800 mm. Material: Upper part - High-density chipboard, FULL thickness - 25 mm. It should be made of only 1 layer (the use of adhesive, connecting and other means for thickening is not accepted). Usage the size of the laminated panel should be 2440 x 1830 mm. All exposed edge surfaces shall be covered with 2mm PVC edge tape. The edgeband should be matched with the color and texture of the laminate, and it should be provided with a UV protective layer. Edge hot air technology is required to be glued with - this should ensure both aesthetics and longevity. Surface deformation should not be allowed. Other parts - High-density chipboard, - 18 mm. The top surface should be laminated. The whole construction is only 1 layer should be prepared (thickening methods should not be used at all). Exposed edge surfaces should be covered with 1x22mm PVC edge tape. The back will be made of 8 mm DSP laminate, finished to match the overall decor of the cabinet and installed with a neat assembly. Montage during construction, all body and door connections will be assembled with minifix and hinged systems. This joint technology provides both strong structural stability and clean and invisible mounting points. All connection and mounting fittings are rust resistant, it will be carried out using long-lasting, high-quality metal components. The laminate to be used in production must comply with the GOST 32289-2013 standard, DSP must enter the formaldehyde emission class E1.
