The flag should be made of double parachute, the flags of the stamina, which are intended to be clear, unseen and hard weather conditions, (wind, rain, sun), 5x10 m must be in the standard color of the state flag. The flag consists of a three-color piece (a knitter). The flag consists of equal three-horizontal stripes (upper strip blue, middle strip red, low strip green). In the middle of the red strip, the flags are described on both faces of a white crescent (in a printed form) with a white crescent.
