As part of the service, each cartridge is inspected beforehand, its mechanical and functional condition is evaluated, internal components (knife, magnetic shaft, drum surface and other main parts) are cleaned with special technical means. The cartridge is filled with high-quality toner powder according to the manufacturer's recommendations, and its tightness is checked to prevent leakage and damage to print quality. After filling, a test print is made and the clarity, contrast and evenness of the print are evaluated. If necessary, worn and unusable parts (consumables) are replaced.
