Description:
SIGMA, during 11 (eleven) months, the following technical service and diagnostics will be carried out on each of the elevators: Monthly technical diagnostics and planned inspection Service personnel visit the facility 2 (twelve) times a month (if necessary, during the month without limitation) General visual inspection Technical inspection of electric motors and control cabinets Inspection and adjustment of electrical contacts Testing and tuning of electronic control systems. Technical of main and auxiliary cables inspection of condition Cleaning and adjustment of mechanical and electrical components Inspection and adjustment of door mechanisms (moving parts) Adjustment of door springs and rope mechanisms Cleaning of guide rails, adjustment and lubrication. Technical cleaning of the bottom of the frost well. Lubrication of moving mechanical parts. During service calls, the technical staff must be in the object area for a maximum of 1 (one) hour, Qty- 3, Unit of measurement - units SIGMA, 11 (eleven) months during this period, the following technical service and diagnostic work will be carried out on each of the elevators: Monthly technical diagnosis and planned inspection Service personnel visit the facility 2 (twice) a month (unlimited during the month if necessary) General visual technical inspection Technical inspection of electric motors and control cabinets.
