- Seaside, 1.1. Constructive Dimensions and Materials • Total height: 3000 mm (Including base). • Base (Clock platform): circular metal construction with a diameter of 2000 mm. Material: 3mm cold rolled steel. • Internal Frame: Main load bearing part 80 x 80 x 3 mm should be assembled from square profiles. Auxiliary connections 40 x 20 x 2 mm profiles. • Laser Cut: The pylon body and bottom belt ornaments are cut on a high-precision CNC laser machine. 1.2. Lighting and Electronics • LED System: 12V water and dust non-conductive LED modules. • Power Block (Driver): high-quality adapters with 220 V input, short-circuit protection. • Light Distributor: 3mm thick transparent plexiglass. Ensures spot-free, even distribution of light. • Branding: Logo orgsteklo applied with UV printing or high-resistance vinyl sticker. 1.3. Paint and Anticorrosive Protection • Surface Treatment: Metal surfaces are subjected to a sandblasting or chemical cleaning process. • Lining Layer: Double lining • Finish Paint: Quality black matte/glossy car paint. Guaranteed coating against color fading due to UV (solar rays).
