5.1.1. Analytical stage • Analysis of the current situation (educational programs, compatibility of specialties, teaching staff, number of students, infrastructure compatibility, management system, quality of teaching, accessibility of education, cooperation with foreign partners, last 2 employment indicators of graduates for the academic year, etc.); • Investigation of socio-economic development indicators and prospects of the region; • Sectoral analysis of the region's labor market and identification of employers' needs. 1.2. Participation with interested parties • Organization of internal focus groups; (teachers, students, management); • Consultations with external parties (employers, industry representatives, local executive authorities, state institutions, parents, etc.); • Queries, organizing interviews and expert meetings. 1.3. Preparation of a strategic document • Defining the mission, vision and core values; • Formation of at least 5 strategic goals and preparation of sub-goals; • Measurable SMART key action preparation of indicators and establishment of monitoring-evaluation framework; • Developing a risk management plan. 2. Preparation of strategic plan implementation mechanisms, including action plan; • Monitoring the implementation of the strategic plan preparation of the mechanism; • Determination of resource needs for the implementation of the strategic plan; • Determination of the monitoring and evaluation framework of the implementation of the strategic plan; • Implementation of the strategic plan of existing risks and their mitigation (Risk reduction) plan preparation; • Applying a modern methodological approach and tools in the preparation of a strategic plan; Qty- 1, Unit of measure - number
