- Baku, HCVM-6032 system uses powerful hydraulic cylinders to move the scanning door (gantry) and some mechanical parts. Although their repair is based on normal hydraulic cylinder rules, since the equipment is special, it is recommended to have it done at a certified service center. and valve disassembly from the system and bringing it to the workshop, replacement of worn parts inside them (rubber gaskets (seals), stocks, axles, etc. details can be included), testing of wipers and valves, repair of repaired cylinders and valves, equipment operation bringing to the required place and assembling it in the system, replacing the pressure gauge with a new one, repairing or replacing light weight or size details on the spot (it can be attributed to hoses of different sizes, fittings, bolts, nuts, etc.)
HCVM 6032 Hydraulic Cylinder Repair General Steps:
Diagnostics and dismantling
a) The sealing condition of the cylinder is checked (oil drop, pressure loss).
b) Safely disassembled by disconnecting from hydraulic lines.
c) Piston rod, pipe and sealing elements are visually inspected.
Replacement of seal kits
a) O-ring, cuff, dust seal, PTFE or polyurethane rings are replaced.
Piston and rod inspection
b) If the rod has scratches, bends, rust or coating damage, polishing or replacement is done.
c) The bronze/or Teflon rings on the piston are replaced.
Cylinder tube
a) If there is a scratch or abrasion on the inner surface, honing (if the scratch is not deep) or a complete pipe replacement is performed.
Assembly and testing
b) The cylinder is assembled with new sealing kits.
c) A pressure test is performed (the exact value is written in the technical passport).
d) It is installed back into the system after checking for leakage and pressure loss.
