Note: In accordance with the price of 1M2 of the proposed rental area and the following indicators will be evaluated. The supplier's proposal that does not meet the following requirements will not be assessed.

Requirements:
• The area where the building is located in Ganja city should be.
• Property Issues should be a legal force that may confirm the extract or property of the property provided by the State Service.
• Offered offices must have permanent hot and cold water, light, heating and cooling systems.
• Lighting and firefighting Systems should be in full and working condition.
• The interior doors of the offices should be installed, painted with paint or wallpapers with paint.

• The number of rooms of the building is at least 5 units (including 2 leading rooms)
