Description:
Office, The total area of the office (including the main and auxiliary areas) should be 450 square meters (not including the balcony area). The office area should have at least 5-6 rooms and 1 kitchen and at least 2 sanitary units on each floor. At least 1 in the office area A centralized server room should be available, and the weak flow (internet) should be able to connect directly from the server room to each employee's personal computer. There should be 1 high-speed passenger elevator in the office area. Parking for a minimum of 3 vehicles there should be an underground parking lot or a yard. 24-hour hot and cold water supply should be available in the office area. Glass and facade parts of the office area of the administrative building should be washed no less than twice a year. Offered the area should be offered from Zone 4, Zone 5, Zone 6 (Zone 6.1,6.2,6.3), Zone 7 in accordance with the decision No. 101 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 6, 2015.
