Description:
Office, the winning supplier must be in the office every day from 08:30 to 18:00, 5 working days a week (b.e.c.) during the year from the day of the conclusion of the mutual agreement, and must monitor the working condition of the sanitary junction, electricity and water supply in the office. in the event of a malfunction, must eliminate it, ensure the restoration of farm equipment in need of repair, as well as monitor the condition of the rooms and internal rules of order, fire safety and safety equipment must control the observance of the rules, the use of fixed assets on the balance sheet of the department according to their purpose, participate in the inventory according to the established procedure, the doors are opened on the days of the event (including non-working days) ensure closure, do not leave the venue during the event and perform other tasks assigned by the management on time.
