Description:
Identification of interviewers, interviewers and supervisors: a team of professional supervisors and interviewers must be formed for the quality of the survey. During the selection, candidates must be considered in the ability and experience of communicating skills, ethical behavioral rules. Instructions of interviewers and supervisors: a comprehensive training program for the formed team must be developed. The trainings should be organized in Baku and in the regions, taking into account the geography of the accommodation. The training program should cover theoretical and practical parts, interactive format (rolling games, simulations, group discussions). Main topics of training: - Proper communication with interview techniques and parents; - Explanation of the survey and expected results; - methods of survey methodology and data collection; - Rules for conducting a preliminary presentation with parents and answer questions; - Rules of submission to explain and standards of survey questions; - Special technical and organizational instructions for interviewers and supervisors; - Practical exercises by changing a test request and role.
