Description:
Employees, Event: Organization of a corporate event for the employees of the Center in December 2025 (exact date will be announced in advance) starting at 18:00 with the participation of approximately 6 hours of 50 people. Venue: Economy, a banquet hall for 50 people located in the territory of Baku city (zone 1). In accordance with the regulation "On awarding grades according to the level of service to facilities operating in the field of public catering" approved by the Ministry's Decision No. 34/u dated May 10, 1998, economic facilities operating in the field of public catering are assigned to "LUXURY" or "EXCELLENT" degrees. It is meant in one of the restaurants. At the same time, there should be additional space at the entrance of the hall, and this space should be provided with a buffet table for 50 people before the event. On the buffet table, "mini meringue Italian", "mini cheesecake with chocolate", "mini honey cake", "canape fruit", "orange juice should be "cherry juice", "tea" and "sparkling and still water". Menu: Cold appetizer: assorted cheese slices, mixed vegetable pickles, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and assorted greens, black and green olives, assorted smoked fish, tomatoes, bruschetta, scallions. Hot snacks: 5 types of kebabs (sturgeon fish, tika, drumsticks, vegetables and chicken), potato drumsticks, lamb entrecote, stuffed Pip, Plov - in 3 types (chestnut, pickle-roasted and with vegetables), qutab assortment (4 types). Non-alcoholic drink menu: Fruit juices - 3 types, homemade compote, carbonated and non-carbonated waters. Dessert: assorted fruits, baklava, tea and coffee. The mentioned menu should be fully considered and the content should be fully provided.
