• ISO, Training should cover the following:
  1. Principles of anti-bribery management;
  2. The benefits of applying the anti-bribery management system;
  3. ISO 37001 international standard requirements;
  4. Regarding the development and implementation of an effective anti-bribery management system steps;
  5. The role of leadership and employee awareness in the fight against bribery;
  6. The importance of risk assessment and due diligence in anti-bribery management;
  7. The role of monitoring and continuous improvement in anti-bribery management.
  All as a result of training participants are required to submit a certificate of participation, participants who have successfully passed the relevant exam, an internal auditor's certificate., Qty- 4, Unit of measurement - person
  ISO certification should include the following stages:
  1. Initial audit - ISO 37001:2025 of the fund's management system verification of compliance with the standard and submission of the relevant report (in Azerbaijani language);
  2. Conducting an external control audit of the Foundation according to the ISO 37001:2025 International Standard, submitting an audit report (in Azerbaijani) and, if the audit results are satisfactory, the Foundation will receive an international presentation of the ISO 37001:2025 International Certificate reflected in the register;
  3. Conducting the first control audit according to ISO 37001:2025 International Standard in the Fund and submitting the relevant report (in Azerbaijani language);
  4. The second control audit in the fund according to ISO 37001:2025 International Standard holding and submitting the corresponding report (in Azerbaijani language).
  Note:
  • The fund is located in Baku, does not have a branch or representative office;
  • Currently, the fund has 37 employees, and each of them operates on a permanent basis;
